Agency Operations Manager Opportunity: Full-Service Creative Agency

They currently seek an Agency Operations Manager to assist the leadership team in effectively managing the agency’s day to day workflows. In collaboration with other team members, the Agency Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining all aspects of agency operations including onsite facilities and resources, essential finances, company culture & values, recruiting and onboarding, executive assistance and office management. This individual should be hardworking, self-motivated and a big picture thinker.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain agency cultural and uphold core values

-Establish goals and objectives in collaboration with management

-Enforce operational processes, rules and procedures across all staff to ensure clients receive optimal productivity levels

-Manage remote team contractors

-Work with leadership to assist in larger team initiatives

-Coordinate and manage team events: team lunch, annual events, etc

-Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments

-Assist with management of internal projects

-Manage day-to-day operations of the office

-Forecast, plan and manage new office spaces/layouts as needed

-General Maintenance of the office

-Assist in talent acquisition & employee retention

-Managing Agency’s accounts receivable, payable and aging reports

-IT equipment inventory and tracking

Requirements:

-3–5 years experience in administration, finance or operations with an interest in marketing, advertising, and culture

-Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

-Strong attention to detail and conscious of handling sensitive and confidential information

-Confidence, sound judgment and professional maturity

-Embraces complexity and able to make timely decisions and drive to action

-Proficient skills in Google docs, MS Office suite (spreadsheets and docs) and Keynote preferred

-Able to effectively manage multiple projects and competing demands while keeping focus on key priorities in a fast-paced environment

-Desire to have an immediate impact in a small, creative agency
