Digital Marketing Analyst: Luxury Real Estate Development Company

Location: Miami, Florida

Our client is a renowned global luxury real estate development company. Over the past 45 years, they have become a leader in sophisticated metropolitan living, renowned for its iconic designs, groundbreaking partnerships, and museum-quality art installations.

They seek a dynamic, sharp and go-getting Digital Marketing Analyst to join their amazing Marketing team. In this role, you will implement programs and tactics to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website and promote online presence. You will prepare and launch social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns as well as collect and analyze online statistics to identify marketplace trends and best practices to optimize SEO and SEM performance.

To be successful as a digital marketing analyst, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies. A top-notch digital marketing analyst should also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a team.

Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data

- Test campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance

- Develop and present learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations

- Develop digital campaign-and-web-measurement strategies

- Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports

- Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends

- Communicate and present to colleagues, senior managers, and clients

- Liaise with agency partners and ensure optimal budget usage

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

- Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.

- Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- 3-4 years experience with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

- Certifications in or related proficiency with Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, Google Analytics and Meta Digital Advertising and Marketing
