Digital Producer: Integrated Advertising Agency

Location: New York, NY

Our client is a strategic, integrated advertising agency with an enviable roster of clients in the fashion, retail, lifestyle, and luxury space. The agency is experiencing a very exciting and transformational period where digital is truly at the forefront of the work in a valiant integration effort. The agency offers a vast array of services and integrated solutions– from advertising to brand identity and package design, to social media and digital experiences. They seek a talented, go getting, and hands on Digital Producer to join their growing digital team. This candidate will serve as the day to day point person across diverse digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

-Create and manage project documents

-Create estimates, scope of work documents, requirements, risk assessments, and change control procedures, specifications, schedules, and budgets

-Ensures deliverables are complete, and of the highest quality

•-Efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources across multiple projects

•-Manage external partners and vendors

•-Lead risk identification and risk mitigation strategy planning

•-Report project status on a regular basis

•-Resolve project-related issues; escalate larger project issues and risks, as needed

•-Adjust schedule, as necessary, determine corrective actions for slippage

•-Weekly financial tracking and reporting of project budgets; includes regular internal budget status communication

•-Facilitate effective workflow between team members, and manage information repository systems (e.g., Basecamp)

Requirements:

-3+ years digital production experience. Experience in a creative agency is a plus

•-Understanding of digital development processes that include strategy, creative, information architecture, business analysis, technology, QA, and analytics tasks and deliverables

•-Proven organizational skills and relentless attention to detail

•-Knowledge of Web, social media, mobile, email and banner technologies

•-General understanding of third-party applications and platforms

•-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•-Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills; able to motivate and support the team

•-Must be highly skilled in time management

•-Ability to work independently and manage communications to all organizational levels

•-Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Project (or similar scheduling tool), and bug tracking tools

•-Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, and diagramming software programs, such as Visio
