Senior Account Manager: Bespoke Digital Agency


Location: New York, NY

Our client is a bespoke digital agency located in New York City that offers strategic direction, creative services, social media management, website and iOS development, influencer collaboration management and content creation services. They environment is incredibly collaborative and entrepreneurial. 

They currently seek a Senior Account Manager to help lead an incredible “streetwear” account, working mainly on social media and some experiential. This is a fast-paced account and the Senior Account Manager will be expected to help support the day to day client relationship as well as play a strategic and executional role in regards to the work.

Responsibilities:

-Manage the overall flow of work, tasks and approvals; from client request to final delivery

-Work alongside Account Director & client team to develop and maintain processes and guidelines for keeping accurate project tracking, timelines, and working budgets, as needed

-Be able to manage a mid-sized project from brief to delivery

-Ensure internal team is clear on roles and responsibilities, deliverables and associated timings following internal and client-facing reviews, and that everyone on the team is held accountable

-Manage internal and client-facing meetings; timing, location, attendees and content of the meeting

-Keep clients aware and accountable to deliverables and timelines, and strategically adjusting as needed

-Review all work prior to sending to client, to ensure the brief has been met strategically and creativelyBe a team player; create, maintain, and foster a positive and supportive team dynamic

-Identify improvement opportunities — with the work, the internal process, the external process, the team dynamics, etc.

Requirements:

-4-6 years of experience in a creative agency account management role

-Hyper-organized, buttoned up, solutions-oriented and calm under pressure 

-Always looking 3 steps ahead of everyone else with a drive to act proactively

-Able to translate ambiguous or esoteric ideas in a simple, digestible way

-Adept at reading the room and understanding client/agency dynamics

-Driven to make your mark and have ownership and accountability with everything you touch
