Talent Acquisition Director: High Growth Direct-to-Consumer Startup

Our client is an innovative, high-growth direct-to-consumer technology startup in the health and wellness space. They are experiencing an exciting time of growth and evolution as they continue to change the face of in-home fitness.
They seek a creative and highly collaborative Talent Acquisition Director to work with leaders throughout the organization to develop and execute against hiring plans. The Talent Acquisition Director will bring best-in-class recruiting experience to attract top candidates and ensure that the organization has the right processes, people and strategy in place and scale. Most importantly, the Talent Acquisition Director will have a direct opportunity to create a more diverse and inclusive organization and foster an environment of continuous improvement in identifying advanced recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, developing strong cross-functional relationships, and reporting on key recruitment and business metrics.
Responsibilities:
-Lead the Talent Acquisition function by identifying team needs and developing the strategy for sourcing and outreach
-Build, manage, and mentor a best in class Talent Acquisition team; supplement internal resources with external support as needed
-Drive rigor around talent acquisition processes focusing on continuous improvement to ensure a consistently positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and hiring teams
-Create innovative recruiting strategies that use a variety of traditional and non-traditional sourcing to attract best in class talent
-Ensure hiring processes are clearly documented and standardized across the company
-Source top prospects for open roles; proactively identify creative approaches to improve response rates and candidate quality
-Partner with hiring managers and teams to effectively deliver results: use a data-driven approach to provide expertise on hiring and align on expectations
-Develop plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the company to achieve hiring goals more efficiently
-Communicate updates on active searches regularly with leadership
-Measure the impact of their recruiting approach and initiatives using qualitative and quantitative methods
Requirements:
-8+ years of experience
-Experience leading a Talent Acquisition function a big plus
-Talent Acquisition startup experience a must
-Demonstrated ability and desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with a highly collaborative, cross-functional team
-Detailed-oriented, critical thinker that thrives in ambiguity and constant change
