Talent Acquisition Manager: Beauty/Wellness Startup

This is an opportunity to play a leadership role in a startup environment and to help them grow and evolve in the right way.

They seek a dynamic, self-starting Talent Acquisition Manager to join their forces. In this role, you will play a critical role at identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across levels and functions. This candidate will not only lead full cycle recruitment but will play an incredibly critical role in representing the company, the products, and the brand in a positive and genuine way.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure a positive and uniform candidate experience by managing the coordination of timely communication of interviews with hiring managers.

- Serve as the primary contact for your candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.

- Manage all job postings to internal and external job boards to positions assigned to you.

- Coordinate with hiring manager(s) to determine the best recruiting process for open roles.

- Manage all applicant screens and interviews.

- Conduct employment verification and reference checks.

- Extend verbal and written contingent job offers, including the negotiation of salaries.

- Manage on-boarding.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required.

- 4-5 years of solid end-to-end recruitment experience working across a wide range of roles at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discretely.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Highly organized, with a keen eye for details.

- Strong technical and digital recruiting skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite.

- Strong analytical skills, ability to review data and make decisions accordingly.

- Highly proficient with Lever, LinkedIn, Indeed, AngelList, and other applicant tracking systems.

- Superior work ethic and proven history of project management.

- A positive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Team-player with a ‘no task too small’ attitude.

- Ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats.
